Pet gear is returned more than most categories, and almost always on sizing. These answers are aimed at that.

Sizing and fit

How do I measure for a harness?

Around the deepest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, with the tape snug but not tight. Compare that number with the adjustment range on the product page; do not order by breed or by the size letter you used on a different make.

Between two sizes?

Take the larger one on an adjustable harness and the smaller on a fixed collar. An adjustable strap can take up slack; a fixed collar cannot give it back.

Grooming

Which brush for which coat?

A slicker lifts tangles from a medium or curly coat; an undercoat rake removes loose hair from a double coat in shedding season; a metal comb is for finishing and for finding what the brush missed. They are not substitutes for each other.

Can these remove a solid mat?

No. A mat that has felted to the skin is a clipping job for a groomer or a vet. Dragging a slicker through it hurts and makes it worse, and no tool sold here changes that.

What we cannot do

Can you advise on my pet’s health?

No. We sell accessories, not veterinary care. For anything about skin, weight, behaviour or diet, ask a vet — we will not guess, and any shop that does is guessing.

Delivery, returns and money

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed in 1-2 business days. Delivery is 3-6 business days door to door to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere in India. Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that.

What if it arrives damaged?

Write in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the carton and the item, and we replace it or refund it.

How long do I have to return something?

10 days from delivery, unused and in the original packing. Full conditions are on the Return and Refund Policy page.

How can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two methods on this site. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI, and we never ask for card details over the phone or by email.

Tax

Is GST added on top?

No. Registration under GST becomes compulsory only past a turnover limit set in India, and this shop has not reached it, so we are not registered. Nothing labelled GST is added on top of a listed price, and no GST tax invoice with a registration number can be raised — what the product page shows is what you pay.
